Visit of delegation of the Uzbekistan-Japan Innovation Center of Youth to the Republic of Karakalpakstan

On October 24-25 of this year, a delegation from the Uzbekistan-Japan Youth Innovation Center visited the Republic of Karakalpakstan. During the visit, members of the delegation toured Karakalpak State University, Nukus State Technical University, and the Karakalpak Institute of Natural Sciences Research, which is part of the Karakalpakstan branch of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The main purpose of this visit was to provide a close-up look at the center's activities, foster mutual cooperation in research areas, facilitate experience exchange among young researchers, and create new opportunities by supporting innovative ideas.

During the visit, the delegation members familiarized themselves with the scientific potential, modern laboratories, and innovative developments of these higher educational institutions and research institutes, as well as the conditions created for young scientists. The parties discussed promising avenues of cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of scientific research, launch joint startups and innovative projects, and cultivate innovative thinking among young people.

At the conclusion of the visit, bilateral memorandums of cooperation were signed between the Uzbekistan-Japan Youth Innovation Center and Karakalpak State University, Nukus State Technical University, and the Karakalpak Institute of Natural Sciences Research.

These documents will serve to further strengthen cooperation in the areas of joint scientific research, international innovative projects, and support for young scientists in the future.
