Uzbek-Japan Innovation Youth Center at the Tashkent State Technical University in co-organization with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Tashkent State Technical University organized the Uzbek-Japanese International Conference "Energy-Earth-Environment-Engineering" on November 17-18, 2022.
The international scientific conference is attended by a wide range of participants, including leading scientists, experts, and students in the field of energy, earth, environment, engineering of Uzbekistan, Japan, China, Germany and Belarus.
The Conference bring together more than 100 scientists, experts, and students, where the speakers were leading scientists and students from different countries and international organizations: Prof. Hideki SHIMADA (University of Kyushu, Japan), Prof. Mamoru KIKUMOTO (Yokohama National University, Japan), Prof. Masahiro MIYAUCHI (Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan), Prof. Junpei KUWABARA (Tsukuba University, Japan), Prof. Toshihisa UEDA (Teikyo University, Japan), Prof. Hajime WAGATA (Meiji University, Japan), Prof. Hiroyuki KOSUKEGAVA (Akita University, Japan), Prof. Tomoaki OKUDA (Keio University, Japan), Master Student Rino Ikeda (Akita University, Japan), Prof. Kenichi KATSUMATA (Tokyo Science University, Japan), Doctoral Student of Yokohama National University Sherzod ALLAEV (Japan), Prof. Xiyuan YANG (Wuhan Technology University, China), Prof. Olga ZALYGINA (Belarusian State Technological University, Belarus) and others.
The participants presented the results of their research work, discussed the most pressing issues and exchanged views. It is gratifying that the organization of the Uzbek-Japanese international conference in Uzbek-Japan Innovation Center of Youth has become an annual tradition. It was decided to hold a similar event with the participation of leading Japanese scientists and experts next year.
We believe that the results of the conference will contribute to strengthen the scientific cooperation between Uzbek and Japan scientists and accelerate the development of sustainable energy, the rational use of natural resources, the decreasing the adverse impact of the environment on human health, and the application of new technologies in industry of Uzbekistan.
