Global Co-Creation Consultant Ms. Sato Chie conducted a workshop.

Ms. Sato Chie, who was visiting UJICY, held a workshop for UJICY staff under the title “UJICY: Research, Society, and Yourselves”. The aim of this workshop was to strengthen UJICY's organizational strategy and management system through the sharing of opinions and ideas between management and researchers.

During the workshop, we were divided into small groups and exchanged our thoughts on each of UJICY's five visions. We deepened our understanding of each vision, including how to interpret the words contained in the visions, the center's situation in relation to the visions, and how individuals can contribute to achieving each vision.

In this article, we will introduce UJICY's visions.

Our goal is not to establish a vision for UJICY and deepen our understanding of it.From now on, all UJICY staff will think about how to achieve the five visions.
