JICA Expert Yukinori Yanagida has been working with UJICY since 2019. He is an economist and has extensive experience in developing and managing projects in the energy and natural resources sector in various foreign countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates and Turkmenistan.
