Visitors from Japanese university

On September 18, Professor Shibayama of Akita University and his 6 students visited UJICY for research works in Uzbekistan. They had a meeting with the Director, lab tour and lecture about Uzbek society and UJICY's functions. UJICY and Akita University signed MOU in 2020 and last April, a satellite lab of Akita University was opened in UJICY, and both institutes will hold an international seminar on Carbon Neutrality on September 25 at UJICY.
